We accept orders from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We may limit or discontinue shipping to particular locations at any time.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and complying with applicable import, customs, and local requirements.

Prices, Taxes, and Duties

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, prices may exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, customs duties, import fees, and other governmental charges.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Seathorns and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority.

We may change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to your order.

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Red Light Therapy Mask Disclaimer

The Seathorns Red Light Therapy Mask is a consumer wellness device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The mask is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, are taking prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a photosensitivity disorder, use medication that may cause photosensitivity, or have questions about whether red light therapy is appropriate for you.

Do not use the mask if directed otherwise by a healthcare professional. Follow the product instructions, including recommended session length and frequency. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you experience pain, significant irritation, changes in vision, or another concerning reaction.

Do not use the mask over open wounds or damaged skin unless instructed by a healthcare professional. Keep the product and accessories out of reach of children.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase the products shown in your order. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

We may decline, limit, or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, shipping restrictions, or errors in product information. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to eligible addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s processes. You are responsible for ensuring that someone can receive the package where required and for promptly reporting delivery problems.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they ship by emailing support@seathorns.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped or transferred to the carrier, we may be unable to stop or cancel it.

This section does not limit any cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable consumer-protection laws, including laws that apply to customers in the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our separate 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies subject to its stated terms. To request a refund under the guarantee, email support@seathorns.com with your order number and the words “guarantee refund” within 30 days of delivery.

Customers must return the mask to us to complete a guarantee claim. Customers are responsible for $29 in return shipping costs. The mask must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned mask is received and the claim is approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

The guarantee applies once per customer and covers the purchase price of the customer’s first order, including any bundle. It does not cover repeat purchases made after the initial 30-day guarantee period has passed.

The guarantee does not limit or replace any non-excludable refund, return, repair, replacement, or other rights available under applicable consumer law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or reduce consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Customers in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia may have statutory rights relating to product quality, safety, conformity with description, fitness for purpose, refunds, repairs, replacements, cancellations, or other remedies. Those rights apply in addition to any rights described in these Terms.

Where applicable law provides a greater right or remedy than these Terms, the applicable law will prevail.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and the Seathorns name—is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia, this governing-law provision does not prevent you from relying on mandatory consumer protections or bringing a claim under laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
